      Programs

                    Adults

                                        Ages 13 and up

​

Our adult program is a self-defense focused program where we teach Chun Tu Moo Sool.  CTMS is an

 

eclectic and modern system that blends:​  Kickboxing,​ Standing grappling (Hapkido, Muay Thai Clenching,

 

Judo Throws, Wrestling takedowns),​Ground grappling (BJJ, Japanese JuJutsu, Hapkido, Wrestling),​  

 

Modern practical weapons training (Kali/escrima, firearms, weapons of opportunity),​  Combat mindset

 

(Pshycological principles based on actual combat, Economy of motion,​ Use of enviroment, and Legal and

 

ethical based decision making​ Every Class involves a type of sparring or work out so fitness and stress

 

relief is included in every class.​​  This class meets on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6-

 

-7:30 p. m. 

Youth program

​

Ages 7-12

​

Our Youth program focuses on self-defense, concentration, ethics, social appropriateness, respect, and discipline.

​

In this class we teach a mixture of:

​

Boxing

​

Tae Kwon Do (from a self defense perspective)

​

and ground grappling.

​

Tournament participation is never required but it is optional.

​

This class meets on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5 - 6 p. m.

We will begin a class from 4-5 p.m. starting July 1st 2026.

                       Children

​

                                         Ages 4 - 6

​

                                          This is a fun program for kids ages 4-6.   They learn:

​

                                                                       Basic Boxing

​

                                                                  Basic Tae Kwon Do

​

                                                                     Basic self-defense

​

Coach Chance rotates activities every 5 - 10 minutes to keep the kids interest.  This class is geared for social interaction, problem solving, energy burn, motivation, discipline building, respect building, and introducing children to self-defense and martial arts.
