Spherical Martial Arts is a full-service self-defense training facility that services Shawnee, Ok. and the surrounding areas.  We offer:

Classes for ages 4-6, 7-12, and 13 and above.

 

Striking, Grappling, Practical Weapons Training, Reality Based Training, mindset training, use of environment, ethics, and more!

We offer a free week trial and are located in the Shawnee Mall.
